At Sammilitha Foundation, we deeply value the trust and generosity of our donors and supporters. As a registered non-profit organization committed to the empowerment of visually impaired individuals, we strive to ensure transparency and accountability in all our operations, including donations and services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Donations – Non-Refundable

All donations made to Sammilitha Foundation are non-refundable. Once a donation is made successfully through our website or through any other channel, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded. This includes:

One-time donations
Monthly or recurring contributions
Sponsorships and campaign-specific contributions

Reason: Donations are allocated immediately to ongoing training, mentorship, and assistive technology programs for blind and visually impaired individuals. Your support directly benefits those in need.

2. Duplicate Transactions

If you believe that you have made a duplicate donation by mistake, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and initiate a refund for the duplicate amount, if applicable.

In case of any technical error or payment gateway failure, and the amount is deducted from your account without a successful donation confirmation:

4. Cancellation of Services

Since our services (like training, mentorship, and support programs) are offered at no cost to beneficiaries, cancellations by beneficiaries are allowed without any penalty. However, we request beneficiaries to inform us in advance if they are unable to attend any program or training session.
