Founder

A passionate educator and visionary, Ganesh Reddy began his journey as a computer faculty member at a college for the visually impaired. As the only blind teacher there, he quickly became a mentor to students seeking career guidance. Inspired by their challenges, he founded Sammilitha Foundation to expand access to higher education, skill-building, and employment opportunities for people with visual impairments. Under his leadership, the foundation has grown from WhatsApp groups to a Section 8 registered NGO with national recognition.

Shiva Kumar

Director

Shiva Kumar plays a pivotal role in operational execution and strategic growth of Sammilitha Foundation. As a Branch Head and Director, he manages program delivery, awareness campaigns, and volunteer coordination. His commitment to inclusion and accessibility continues to drive the foundation’s impact across Telangana and beyond.

To create a world where individuals with visual impairment have equal access to education, employment, and self-expression empowered through opportunity, innovation, inclusion, skills, confidence, resilience, and dignity.

To provide high-quality training, mentorship, and awareness programs that enable children and adults with visual impairments to pursue their passions and achieve financial independence.
